What We Did On The Weekend has partnered with Pulse the Zine for their 6th Annual Fundraiser 'Nightmare Fest' on Saturday, November 16th, raising funds for Refuge Victoria, an organization providing critical support for women and children in crisis.
Headlining the all female line-up is Outright, marking ten years since the release of their debut album Avalanche.
The lineup includes Gravitate, Stressed, Identity Error, Slowburn, Goethe, and Takoba, representing a range of heavy genres. The event will also feature market stalls from local creators and record labels, along with a massive raffle offering prizes from across the community.
The event is organized by What We Did On The Weekend in collaboration with Pulse the Zine. Pulse, founded by Allison Watters, highlights non-male voices in Australian heavy music. Pulse has featured insightful and thoughtful interviews with artists such as Alex Reade (Make Them Suffer) and Nikki Brumen (Blood Command).
