Commemorating 10 years of darkness, Dark Mofo returns to Nipaluna/Hobart from 8–22 June 2023, and organisers today have revealed the midwinter festival’s program. A celebration of public art, live music, performance, and nocturnal revelry, Dark Mofo 2023 aims to deliver a sense of exaltation in the coldest, darkest time of the year.

Thy Art Is Murder are set to cause absolute carnage across regional Australia. Kicking off in May, our lords of extreme metal will raze through venues across the eastern states with Justice For The Damned and To The Grave.

A scathing sonic takedown of consumption and greed, the brand new single Rat King from Aussie sludge metal lords Lo! marks a monstrous step closer to the quartet's forthcoming album The Gleaners, out April 7 via Pelagic Records.
