Hate5six Releases Conjurer & Khemmis’ Set From 'Deceiver North America MMXXIII Tour'

In April 2023, Khemmis embarked on their highly anticipated 'Deceiver North America MMXXIII Tour.' Joining them on this epic journey were the UK's sludge/post-metal heavyweights and labelmates, Conjurer, as well as the atmospheric grinders, Wake. To add to the excitement, Philadelphia natives Sunburster also joined the tour.

During this tour, legendary videographer Sunny Singh from Hate5six was there to cover the May 6th show at Underground Arts in Philadelphia. You can now relive both bands sets as they are available on the Hate5Six YouTube Channel.

Hate5Six has emerged as a prominent fixture in the hardcore music scene, documenting performances of bands from all walks of life, regardless of their stature. Beyond just entertainment, this platform serves as a powerful political statement, bridging gaps and enabling global fans to experience the magic of live music even if they can't attend the shows in person.

In 2023, Khemmis treated fans to a special two-song EP titled 'Where The Cold Wind Blows.' This release, available both digitally and as a limited edition 7", followed their critically-acclaimed 2021 album 'Deceiver.' Meanwhile, Conjurer was on the road to support their latest offering, a record if you’ve known me for any length of time I’m obsessed with, 'Pathos.'

The performances captured on May 6th were expertly filmed and edited by Sunny, perfectly preserving the raw energy and passion of each band. Khemmis's front-of-house, Aaron Kelly, took charge of tracking and mixing their own headlining set, while Bryan Batiste lent his mixing expertise to the performances of Conjurer, Wake, and Sunburster.
