Night Verses to release double album, share second new single "Karma Wheel"

Progressive metal pioneers Night Verses have unveiled the upcoming double album titled "Every Sound Has a Color In The Valley Of Night." The first part of this exceptional musical journey is set for release on September 15th, 2023, through Equal Vision Records. Pre-orders are already open and accessible here.

In conjunction with the announcement, the band has premiered a fresh single accompanied by an official music video, titled "Karma Wheel."

Just last month, Night Verses made a return with their comeback single "Arrival." This track marked their first venture into new music in over 5 years, signaling the end of their hiatus. And now, "Karma Wheel" grants fans yet another preview into the innovative and boundary-pushing direction that Night Verses is known for.

"Every Sound Holds a Hue in The Valley Of Night" will be unveiled in two distinct segments. Part 1 is set to launch on September 15th, followed by the arrival of Part 2 in early 2024. Spanning both segments, the album boasts an illustrious array of collaborators, including none other than Justin Chancellor, from Tool, the captivating frontman of Incubus, Brandon Boyd, and the renowned Anthony Green from Circa Survive. "Every Sound Holds A Hue In The Valley Of Night" sees Night Verses embarking on a groundbreaking journey, defying convention with their vibrant vision. Summed up perfectly by Noisey, who aptly dubbed the band as "The Salvador Dali of Progressive Metal."

“This album is an assessment of human rituals and the power they hold. Not only on the individual, but also on the world around them. It reflects how the practices we devote our energy to have always determined the reality we occupy. For better or for worse.

Ultimately we want the listeners to find their own connection to the album, but this entire record was composed with different physical environments in mind for each song. Aiming to align the physical, visual and sonic experience in a way that could fully immerse the listener while giving them the space to find their own connection to the music”
