CARCASS announce Australia & New Zealand tour

Death-metal architects Carcass return to the region this September, with notorious agitators Brujeria joining most dates — their first Australian shows in nine years.

Carcass will play Australia and New Zealand from September 22 to October 2, 2026, stopping in six cities for a southern-hemisphere run titled “Putrefying Down Under”. Carcass remain a reference point across extreme metal, from gore-grind origins to melodic death milestones.

Brujeria join as guests for the majority of the shows, marking the band’s first Australian appearances in nine years and bringing their theatrical, confrontational style to the bill. Two dates will proceed without Brujeria: Townsville (Sept 30) and Auckland (Oct 2) are listed with the band absent.
